DIMI, either by itself or as a transferee, holds all intellectual and industrial property rights of its websites, as well as the elements contained therein. By way of example, this includes images, sound, audio, video, software, texts; trademarks or logos, color combinations, structure and design, selection of materials used, computer programs necessary for their functioning, access, and use, etc. These are, therefore, works protected by Spanish and European Union regulations in this area and by international treaties on intellectual and industrial property signed by Spain. Consequently, all rights are reserved.

In accordance with the applicable Intellectual Property Law, it is expressly forbidden to reproduce, distribute, or publicly communicate, including making available, all or part of the content and elements of the websites for commercial purposes, on any medium and by any technical means, without the authorization of DIMI. Users agree to respect the intellectual and industrial property rights held by DIMI and the Labo’life Group entities. Consequently, users may view the elements of the portal and even print, copy, and store them temporarily on their computer systems, provided it is solely and exclusively for personal and private use. Users must refrain from deleting, altering, circumventing, or manipulating any protective devices or security systems installed on the websites or in DIMI’s systems and networks.

The reproduction, transmission, transformation, distribution, public communication, making available, extraction, reuse, exploitation, or use of any kind, by any means or procedure, of any of DIMI’s works and creations or those of the Labo’life Group entities protected by intellectual and industrial property rights, is strictly prohibited unless legally permitted or expressly authorized in writing by DIMI.

Content relating to the “News” and “Press Room” sections, and the image and video sections expressly authorized by DIMI are exempt from this agreement. To use the content and the materials, publications, content, and elements contained therein, the following must be complied with:

Materials may be downloaded, used, and reproduced in other public communication media, provided that the specific license or notice regarding the works in question is not violated, the content, images, or videos are not altered, and it is expressly stated that they belong to the Labo’life Group, clearly indicating that DIMI holds the intellectual property rights. Consequently, the reproduction, distribution, public communication, and transformation to generate derivative works is permitted, without restriction, provided that the rights holder, DIMI, is cited. To reuse the information, users must comply with the following conditions:

• The sense of the information must not be distorted.
• The source must always be cited and referenced.
• The creation date or the date of the last update must be mentioned.

The reuse may be restricted by the protection of fundamental rights or other priority legal interests, such as personal data protection, privacy, or third-party intellectual property rights. The reuse of protected works may be formalized through the use of open dissemination licenses, such as Creative Commons, which grant certain exploitation rights over the works. For content where such licenses apply, reuse is permitted under the specified conditions.

The use of logos, trademarks, and distinctive signs of DIMI and the Labo’life Group is prohibited in all cases, except in works expressly authorized by DIMI for reuse, provided that such works do not infringe the principles of objectivity and truthfulness, the fundamental rights of individuals, or the intellectual property of the Labo’life Group entities.

In any case, both for materials that have permissions for reuse and for those that do not, the user must refrain from deleting, altering, bypassing, or tampering with any protection device or security system that may be installed on DIMI’s pages.
